Kellie Martin. Martin, a native of the United States is an American TV and film actress. She is best known for playing Christy Huddleston, Rebecca Thatcher and Lucy Knight on the series ER. Kellie Martin is most famous for her part as the protagonist on the Hailey Dean Mystery Series. Martin started her acting career at the age of was seven. The aunt of her mother, who worked as the nanny of actor Michael Landon's children, helped her land a small role on the 1982 TV series Father Murphy. Following her graduation of Yale University, she took acting more seriously and landed substantial roles, both on the small and the large screen. Martin, besides being an actor, is also an accomplished photographer and dancer. Martin is the mother of two children and is the spokesperson of Lupus. Since her 19-year-old sister's death Martin has been working to educate people about the condition.
